Louth – County Louth Beekeepers Association was originally founded in the summer of 1910. Our Association is committed to supporting the native dark bee, Apis mellifera mellifera.
Kerry – The Kingdom Beekeepers Association was founded in 2006 and our 70 members are from all areas of the county; from the banks of the River Shannon in the north to Waterville in the south, the far end of the Dingle Peninsula in the west to Knocknagoshel in the east.
Westmeath – We are a relatively new association however many of our beekeepers are highly experienced and their honey regularly wins prizes at Honey Shows around the country.
Limerick – Our aims are to promote beekeeping locally and support the Native Irish Honeybee.
